Visual evidence

Real wheel photographs should help visitors compare form—not assume fitment.

The catalogue uses approved wheel photographs whose center-cap badge is visible enough to support the brand grouping. That badge identifies the photographed design family; it does not prove that the wheel fits every vehicle from that brand.

Move from the brand catalogue into exact wheel designs.

Each brand page groups only the designs already mapped to that photographed center-cap identity. Open a design page for the available angles and its recorded visual details.

What OWNSILENT needs to specify

The design and the fitment specification are two different decisions.

A wheel can look right in a photograph and still be wrong for another vehicle. The final project must be based on dimensional and clearance information for the actual car.

Design

Choose the photographed spoke design and visual finish direction.

Vehicle

Confirm the exact brand, model, year and VIN where required.

Dimensions

Review diameter, width, offset, backspacing and front/rear arrangement.

Interfaces

Confirm hub, bolt pattern, centre bore, brake clearance and surrounding components.

Tires

Define the intended tire package and relationship to the final wheel dimensions.

Approval

Record the complete wheel specification in the quotation before production.

Fitment before production

The center-cap badge is visual evidence. Fitment requires technical evidence.

Fitment is reviewed separately because wheel geometry, hub dimensions, brakes, suspension, body clearance and tire choice can vary across models and years.

Request fitment review

Vehicle identity

Brand, model, model year and VIN where required.

Hub and fastener interface

Bolt pattern, centre bore and retained or required fastening arrangement.

Wheel dimensions

Diameter, width, offset, backspacing and front/rear stagger where applicable.

Vehicle and tire plan

Current tire size, intended tire package and vehicle load context.

Brake and suspension clearance

Caliper, rotor, suspension and body clearance must be considered before approval.

Written specification

The final quotation should record the approved design, finish and dimensional requirements.

Production scope

Manufacture follows the approved wheel specification.

The master page intentionally avoids claiming a universal alloy grade, press tonnage, testing standard or machining percentage because those details must be supported by the exact production specification and evidence for the wheel being supplied.

01

Approve design

Confirm the photographed design family and visible finish direction.

02

Approve dimensions

Record the exact wheel dimensions and vehicle interfaces for the project.

03

Manufacture & inspect

Produce and inspect the wheel against the approved written specification before delivery.

Prepare the enquiry

Send enough information for a real wheel fitment review.

Vehicle identity

Brand, model, model year and VIN where requested.

Current wheels

Current diameter, width, offset and tire size if known, plus clear wheel photographs.

Design choice

The OWNSILENT wheel design or brand catalogue you want to use as the visual starting point.

Project goal

OEM-size direction, different visual stance, staggered setup or another documented requirement.

Get In Touch

Start a forged wheel design and fitment review

Send the exact vehicle, model year, current wheel and tire information, preferred photographed design and project goal. OWNSILENT can then review the vehicle-specific wheel specification before quotation.

Fitment before manufacture

A photographed wheel design is not proof of vehicle fitment.

The center-cap badge identifies the photographed design family. The final wheel specification still depends on the exact vehicle, hub, brakes, tire plan and approved dimensional data.

Vehicle identity

Brand, model, model year, VIN where required and current wheel/tire specification.

Bolt pattern & centre bore

Confirm the actual hub and bolt interface for the exact vehicle before manufacture.

Diameter, width & offset

Review wheel diameter, width, offset, backspacing and front/rear stagger against the intended tire package.

Load requirement

Confirm vehicle and axle loads so the wheel specification is appropriate for the application.

Brake & suspension clearance

Caliper, rotor, suspension and body clearance should be checked before the final specification is approved.

Written wheel specification

Record design, finish, size, hub data, fastener interface, quantity and destination in the quotation.
