Custom manufacturing or third-party sourcing takes place before dispatch. Production and sourcing lead times are separate from shipping transit estimates and depend on the approved order. A catalogue listing or displayed price does not mean a part is held in stock or ready to ship.
For a production, sourcing or verification update, email sales@ownsilent.international with your order or invoice number. There is no carrier tracking reference until the shipment is handed to the logistics provider.

Estimated Transit Times
- Air cargo: approximately 5–15 days after dispatch.
- Sea cargo: approximately 18–60 days after dispatch.
- These estimates exclude manufacturing or sourcing and can be affected by customs, routes and carrier schedules.

Custom-made and sourced-to-order purchases are final sale: no change-of-mind cancellation, return, refund or exchange. This includes genuine and used parts.
